The videos are AI generated and do not represent our views, positions and attitudes. Please use the generated videos in a proper and friendly manner.
Article 3 (Prohibitions)
Users must not engage in the following acts:
Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Any act that infringes the rights of other users, third parties, or our company.
Providing false information
Any act that interferes with the operation of this service
Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 4 (Copyright)
The copyright of any work created by a user using this service belongs to the user.
The User grants the Company a non-exclusive license to use the Work for the promotion and publicity activities of the Service.
Article 5 (Protection of User Personal Information)

(5) Anything that is abusive, defamatory, threatening or violates the legal rights of others, including any content that violates the privacy rights of others;
(6) Anything that contains malicious software or program code, such as computer viruses, malicious programs that steal personal information data, viruses that destroy data, Trojan horses, spyware, etc.;
(7) Any other content that is contrary to social morals or the public interest, or that is deemed inappropriate for publication on "Angels Photo" based on the "Angels Photo Terms of Use."
5.2.3 The personal information (text, images, audio, video, etc.) you provide, publish and use on the "Angels Photo" service must not violate the legal rights of others. Unless expressly stated otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, territory-free right of use, including all rights, to store, use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, distribute and in any form of use that may arise in the future, with respect to your submission, and further the right to take legal action against third parties for infringement of the rights.
Article 6 (Suspension and Change of Service)
We reserve the right to suspend or change all or part of our Service without prior notice to users in the following cases:
When carrying out system maintenance, inspection, repair, or changes to the Service
When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as a natural disaster

This service is provided as an AI tool, and the Company takes no responsibility for the content generated. All responsibility for infringement of portrait rights and intellectual property rights lies with the user, and victims shall directly pursue legal action against the user.

Article 8 (Service Hours)
Our vintage photo restoration service usually takes 1-2 days, however during peak periods when demand is particularly high, production times may be longer. Thank you for your understanding.
Article 9 (Refunds)
Even if due to the randomness of the AI you ultimately do not get the most satisfactory result, we cannot provide you with a refund as the AI has already consumed the computing resources (Tokens).
Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights and Portrait Rights)
Users shall be solely responsible for managing the portrait rights and intellectual property rights of the photos they upload when using this service. In the unlikely event that portrait rights or intellectual property rights are infringed, the Company shall not be held responsible, and all responsibility shall lie with the User, and the Company may take legal action directly against the User.
Article 11 (Changes to Terms)
The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as necessary. Changes to the terms and conditions will take effect when they are posted on this website.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our company's location as the first instance.
